Historical Villa Daniela in the Countryside is a carefully restored period villa 6 km from Lucca, set in its own park among old trees.

Period furniture fills the rooms, alongside Sky via satellite, Netflix and Wi-Fi. On the lower ground floor, a large kitchen opens straight onto the garden for outdoor meals, with a breakfast room and laundry beside it.

The ground floor has an entrance hall, a living room, two sitting rooms, a dining room and three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, with satellite TV and air conditioning.

Upstairs are a twin room, a double connected to a dressing room that can become a single on request, and the master bedroom with its own bathroom, TV and air conditioning, together with a large dressing room, a sitting room with fireplace and a library-lounge with a second fireplace, DVD and CD players, a TV and hi-fi.

A small sixth room can take an extra single bed.

The grounds form a well-kept park: garden, mature trees and a little patio. The 14 x 6 metre pool sits in the middle, with umbrellas and sun loungers, and a table under a large parasol by the house is set for dining al fresco.

Day-to-day help is part of the stay: a concierge, housekeeping on alternate mornings and a gardener who lives in separate quarters on the property and also looks after the pool. An alarm system is fitted. A cook, yoga and cooking classes or a massage can be arranged.

Lucca is 6 km away and Pisa 12 km, the airport at Pisa 19 km, the beach at Forte dei Marmi 30 km and Florence 95 km.
