Villa Amaranto

Villa Amaranto stands in a lawned garden above the Gulf of Castellammare, in north-western Sicily. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms and room for up to 8 guests, it is a relaxed choice for families and friends looking for a villa with an infinity pool in Sicily, close to some of the island's most loved coastline.

The house is laid out over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living area, the kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room. Upstairs, the master bedroom has its own bathroom with both shower and bath, joined by a further double, a twin room and a second shower room.

The interiors are cosy and practical, with air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, washing machine and dishwasher. Step-free access, a high chair and smoke alarms add to the comfort for families.

Outside, the infinity pool looks straight out over the gulf, and the large terraces are furnished for sunbathing and eating outdoors, with a barbecue for evening grills. The garden, kept neat and green, wraps around the whole property, and there is free parking on site.

The location is a real advantage. The beach at Guidaloca is close by, as are the small village of Scopello, the town of Castellammare del Golfo and the Zingaro nature reserve with its coastal paths. Within an hour's drive you can visit Erice, Trapani and Marsala, as well as the ancient temples of Segesta and Selinunte.
