Villa Arancia

Villa Arancia is a newly built villa in a panoramic spot above Letojanni, a short drive from Taormina on Sicily's eastern coast.

Its four double bedrooms, four bathrooms and space for up to 8 guests make it well suited to families or two or three couples who want a villa with a private pool near Taormina and a view of the bay of Isola Bella.

The 300 square metre property is made up of a manor house and a small annexe, all furnished in an eclectic mix of styles. On the upper floor of the main house are the living room, a large kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite shower opening onto a terrace.

The ground floor, reached from outside, has two more doubles, one with an en-suite shower and one with a bath, a laundry and another terrace. The annexe holds the fourth double, with both bath and shower. Every bedroom has its own entrance from the terraces, and three have a minibar.

Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher are all provided.

The outdoor spaces are made for long days outside. 5 metres deep, and the six-seat Jacuzzi is kept at 28°C; both are open from April to October. There is also a solarium, a large landscaped garden and a veranda with an outdoor kitchen, a dining area and a TV corner.

The sandy beach at Letojanni is about 2 km away and the rocky cove of Isola Bella about 7 km, with Taormina 10 km and Catania airport 70 km. Mount Etna, the Alcantara gorges, the fishing villages of the Riviera dei Ciclopi, Catania and Syracuse are all within reach for day trips.
