Villa Arianna di Nerano is a 400 square metre house a short distance from the beach of Marina del Cantone at Nerano, on the peninsula between Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast.
It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and space for up to 10 guests, and with a pool, two Jacuzzis and wide sea views it works beautifully as a family holiday villa on the Amalfi Coast.
Inside, the rooms are large and full of light, decorated in the classic Mediterranean pairing of blue and white and furnished with made-to-measure pieces that give the house an eclectic, warm and slightly romantic feel.
Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a sound system and a TV are all provided, along with a high chair for small children and daily housekeeping.
From the living room you step out onto the first terrace, partly shaded by a pergola and set up with small tables, chairs, a porch swing and a hammock. Off this terrace is a dedicated relaxation room with an indoor five-person Jacuzzi, seating, TV and air conditioning.
2 metres deep, and is open from April to the end of October. Around it are loungers, deck chairs and an outdoor shower, with a covered lounge alongside that includes a kitchen, barbecue, fridge and a dining table for 12.
Nerano is an old seafaring village that has become a well-known holiday spot, with a small centre, villas, hotels and several of the peninsula's Michelin-starred restaurants. A car is not essential, but if you drive there is free parking for two vehicles inside the gate, six steps below the house.
