Villa Capri

Villa Capri is a 400 m² villa in Anacapri, laid out over two floors within 1,060 m² of greenery in the Silvania park and looking out over the Tyrrhenian Sea. Its four double suites sleep up to eight guests, so it suits families or a few couples who want a fully serviced villa on Capri.

Inside and out, the house was completely renovated in 2022.

The master suite fills an entire floor and is built into the rock, with its own bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe, a large sitting area and a wood-burning fireplace. A second double suite has an Italian marble bathroom, while the other two double suites share a marble bathroom.

The modern kitchen has professional appliances, the living room faces the sea and a formal dining room brings everyone to one table. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi run throughout, with Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime and international channels.

The villa is staffed: an in-house Italian chef (food and drink charged on consumption), a butler, a concierge on call around the clock and daily housekeeping with turndown. The chef plans breakfasts and multi-course dinners around your preferences.

Outdoors, a large sun terrace holds the pool, complete with diving board and sun loungers, with views across the island. A spacious alfresco dining area catches the sunset, and a private botanical garden grows lemon trees, herbs, tomatoes and chillies among native flowers.

The Anacapri heliport is five minutes away, Capri's Piazzetta ten and the port fifteen.

On request the team can arrange a private speedboat, a guided island tour taking in the Faraglioni and the Blue Grotto, boat trips to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi, diving, hiking and e-bike outings, and helicopter or boat transfers.
