Upstairs is a double bedroom with two extra single beds on a mezzanine, plus four double bedrooms, each with its own shower room. The separate dependance has a lounge and dining room, a sitting room with satellite TV and a kitchenette, with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom above, each with a shower room.

Through the back entrance you reach a sauna with relaxation area and the laundry.

Beside the dining room, a patio with a long table for 16 is made for eating outdoors, and a barbecue is ready for grilling. The saltwater pool measures 10 x 5 metres, is 140 cm deep and opens from May to September. Tuscan cooking lessons and catered dinners can be arranged.

The upper Valdarno sits between the Chianti hills to the west and the Pratomagno mountains to the east, a landscape of olive groves, woodland and small villages that appears in the backgrounds of Leonardo da Vinci's paintings and gave the world Masaccio.

Leccio, with everyday shops and a supermarket, is 3 km away, the nearest restaurant 1 km and Figline Valdarno 10 km. The Mall luxury outlet is 2 km from the villa, Greve in Chianti 30 km, Arezzo 35 km and San Gimignano 78 km. The train station is 12 km away, Florence airport 48 km and Pisa airport 115 km.
