The main floor has two living rooms, a kitchen with tall arched windows facing the valley, a double bedroom and a master bedroom with queen bed, dressing room and en-suite shower room.

The first floor has two more living rooms with a large fireplace, a bright kitchen with its own terrace, a master bedroom with queen bed and a double shower, another queen bedroom and a twin room. Bedrooms and kitchens have ceiling fans, and there is heating, Wi-Fi, smart satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo.

The extensive gardens offer 360-degree views of the Florentine hills and plenty of secluded corners. 3 metres and open from May to September, is furnished with sunbeds, rocking chairs, a double hammock and a table with chairs. An automatic gate, a parking area and a barbecue complete the outside space.
