Villa Fonte Ripa is a restored Tuscan villa near Foiano della Chiana, in the heart of Tuscany, with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms for up to 16 guests.

Set on a fully fenced estate of three hectares, it is a natural fit for large families, friends celebrating together and groups who want sport, wellness and countryside in one place, with Florence, Siena and Cortona within easy reach.

A quiet country lane leads to the property, and an avenue of cypresses brings you to the villa, a separate suite and the pool area. The house has been fully renovated in traditional Tuscan style and is officially certified as green, running on renewable energy.

An air-exchange and purification system works in every room, even when air conditioning and heating are off. A Bose sound system extends through the villa and across the park, and can be controlled from a smartphone wherever you are.

The wellness offer is exceptional: a spa with a two-level Jacuzzi with aromatherapy, a large sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower and massage beds. In the middle of the park, a gym stands in a glass pavilion on a raised base, so you train surrounded by greenery, with coloured LED lighting after dark.
