Villa Garofano

Villa Garofano is a spacious villa in Fontane Bianche, on the south-east coast of Sicily near Syracuse, with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms for up to 12 guests.

With its private access down to the sea and rocks, it suits families and groups of friends looking for a beach villa in Sicily with plenty of room inside and out.

The house covers more than 500 square metres over two floors, with comfortable, welcoming interiors. On the ground floor, a large living room is arranged around a decorative central fireplace, with dining and sitting areas, a kitchen, two bedrooms, two shower rooms and a guest bathroom.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, and the three further bedrooms each have their own shower room. The villa is tastefully furnished and comes with Wi-Fi, five TVs with satellite reception, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

A high chair is available, daily housekeeping is provided and pets are allowed.

Outside, a well-kept garden with lawn surrounds the house, with generous outdoor areas, a beautiful pool with sun terrace and loungers, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. A private path leads down to the sea and the rocks below.

Some of the finest towns of south-eastern Sicily are only a few kilometres away, including Syracuse and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto, as well as the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile. Taormina and Mount Etna are also within reach for a day out.
