Restored with great care from 2000 onwards, it has ten bedrooms and eleven bathrooms for up to 19 guests, and is available all year, making it a villa for large groups in Chianti suited to family reunions, gatherings of friends and special occasions.

The restoration has brought the house back to its original character while keeping a relaxed, homely feel. Facilities listed for the villa include an indoor pool, a sauna, gym equipment, a sound system and streaming services, along with air conditioning, central heating and a fully equipped kitchen.

Breakfast is included and daily housekeeping is provided, and the estate is pet-friendly.

5 metres, and sits on the top of the hill with views over fields, vineyards and the old town of Castellina in Chianti close by. A poolside bar and kitchen keep lunches and drinks within reach, and sun loungers and daybeds offer quiet spots among the scent of lavender and the sound of wind in the vines.

The estate has its own winery, and guests can book a range of experiences: wine tours, cooking classes, meals by private chefs, cocktails from a bartender, artisan workshops in Florence and excursions into the surrounding countryside.
