Villa la Nocciola

Villa la Nocciola is a stone farmhouse at Guardistallo in Tuscany, set 300 metres back from the main road on a hillside above open countryside. Six bedrooms and seven bathrooms sleep up to 12 guests, and its heated infinity pool makes it an appealing villa with a pool near the Tuscan coast for families and friends.

The house has been recently renovated with an eye for design, combining Tuscan tradition with modern comfort. On the ground floor, two bright, spacious living rooms share a large stone fireplace, sofas and a TV corner with satellite TV, DVD player and stereo, alongside a dining room.

The kitchen is well stocked, with gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, food processor and kettle, and opens onto the covered porch and the pool terrace.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, a double and a twin, each with a shower room; the other four doubles are upstairs, each with its own bathroom, some with four-poster beds and stone washbasins. A laundry room with washer and dryer is in the basement. Every window looks out over the countryside.

Outside, a large porch and a pergola are furnished with tables and wrought-iron chairs, with a barbecue and a solarium nearby. The heated infinity pool, 10 by 5 metres and 1.5 metres deep, sits on the hill with a wide view.

A restaurant is 650 metres away and the supermarket 10 km. Bolgheri and the beaches are each about 15 km away, Pisa airport 70 km and Siena 80 km.
