Villa le Terme is a newly built contemporary villa near Monsummano Terme in Tuscany, covering 340 square metres over two floors. It has five double bedrooms, three of them with an extra single bed, and six bathrooms, sleeping up to 13 guests.

It suits families and groups who want privacy and calm in the countryside without being far from shops and transport.

The style is minimalist but warm, built on shades of white, brown and beige. On the ground floor, open spaces flow into one another, brightened by glass doors and skylights: a dining area, a modern kitchen with a bar counter, fridge and ice maker, a sofa with satellite TV, and one bedroom with its own bathroom.

Upstairs are four more double bedrooms, each with a private shower room and satellite TV, and a TV lounge with a large corner sofa, reached by lift from the spa. Air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi cover the whole house, and cots and high chairs are available.

What sets the villa apart is its professional spa on the ground floor: a heated indoor hydromassage pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, sensory showers and heated relaxation beds, with one fully glazed wall looking out to the hills.

The large, well-kept garden holds an L-shaped pool of 11 x 7 metres plus a 4 x 5 metre section, lit by coloured LEDs and fitted with sunbeds, umbrellas and two showers. A wooden pergola with curtains shades a lounge by the water, the kitchen opens onto a second pergola for meals outside, and there is a barbecue area.

Parking is inside the property gates, and pets are accepted on request.

5 km away, has a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, café, bank and a pizzeria. Monsummano is 2 km away, Montecatini 6 km, Lucca 35 km and Florence 50 km, and La Pievaccia 18-hole golf course and a tennis club lie about 2 km from the villa.
