Villa Lime

Villa Lime is an old country house near Mascali in Sicily, set in a panoramic spot between Mount Etna and the sea and wrapped in a lush citrus grove.

Recently restored, it has six double bedrooms, all en suite, seven bathrooms in total and room for up to 14 guests, a comfortable fit for large families or groups of friends who value privacy.

The interiors mix traditional and modern touches and are spread across three floors. Alongside the bedrooms there is a lounge with fireplace, a separate dining room and a kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

Outside, the saltwater infinity pool and broad terraces make the most of the views over the surrounding landscape, with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue for evenings at home. Parking is free on site.

The villa is a good base for the Etna Park and its villages, with food tours, jeep excursions and trails for walking, cycling, horse riding or quad biking. Beaches and seaside towns are a short drive away, including Taormina, Aci Trezza, Aci Castello, Acireale and Catania.
