Villa Mandarino is a contemporary villa above Letojanni, near Messina in Sicily, built in a panoramic position looking towards the bay of Taormina and the sea.

Seven double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, sleep up to 14 guests, so it suits large families and groups of friends who want design-led comfort close to the coast.

Spread over three levels and more than 500 square metres, the villa was designed and built with comfort in mind, and its interiors are furnished with high-quality designer pieces.

The large, bright living area looks out through full-height windows and brings together a TV corner, a sitting and dining area, a kitchen and a guest bathroom.

Air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a sound system, a safe, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer are all provided, and daily housekeeping is available.

The views can be enjoyed from the large pool, the spacious terraces and the garden. The pool is saltwater and chlorine-free, with sun loungers around it, and an outdoor kitchen and barbecue make it easy to cook and dine outside. Parking is free on site.

The historic centre of Taormina, with its narrow lanes lined with boutiques, cafés, restaurants and bars, is a few minutes' drive away.
