Villa Margherita

Villa Margherita is a recently renovated villa near Scicli in south-eastern Sicily, set in a panoramic position among olive and carob trees and white dry-stone walls.

Four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and five bathrooms in all sleep up to eight guests, making it a good fit for families or two couples travelling together.

The house is spread over three floors and furnished in a contemporary style. The living area combines a bright sitting and dining room with a kitchen and a small bar corner.

Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a sound system, air conditioning, a safe, a dishwasher and a washing machine are all provided, along with a high chair and daily housekeeping. Step-free access and an accessible bathroom help guests with reduced mobility, and pets are allowed.

Outside, there is a large pool with sun loungers, a well-kept garden and a barbecue. Active guests can use the five-a-side football pitch, which doubles as a tennis court with artificial grass, while the spa area offers a sauna, a Turkish bath, a hydromassage tub and a multi-sensory shower. Parking is free on site.

Villa Margherita is an ideal base for south-eastern Sicily. The baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa Ibla and Noto are a short drive away, as are the beaches of Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata and Sampieri. A villa with pool and spa in Sicily that pairs countryside calm with easy beach days.
