Villa Nina

Villa Nina is a contemporary villa near Siracusa in south-east Sicily, completed in 2022 and set in an elevated position with sea views. Six bedrooms and six bathrooms sleep up to 13 guests, split between a main house and two annexes, which makes it easy for families or friends to share while keeping some independence.

The interiors are generous, with more than 400 square metres of living space in a clean, modern style. Comforts include air conditioning and central heating, Wi-Fi, smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee maker, safes, a laundry service and daily housekeeping.

The outdoor spaces are where the sea views come into their own. The heated pool uses salt water rather than chlorine and has a solarium alongside, while furnished terraces and a garden give plenty of room to spread out. There is a barbecue for evening meals and free parking on site.

As a villa with private pool in Sicily, its position is hard to beat: the cliffs and clear water of the Plemmirio marine area are just a few hundred metres away, and the historic centre of Ortigia is only a few minutes by car.

Further afield, the baroque towns of the Noto Valley, the nature reserves of Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari, Catania, Mount Etna and Taormina all make rewarding outings.
