Villa Orione

Villa Orione stands on terraces that step down to the water near Marina del Cantone, in Massa Lubrense on the Sorrento Coast, facing the Li Galli islands.

Six bedrooms and six bathrooms sleep up to 12 guests, and with private access to the sea it is a natural pick for families and friends who want a seafront villa on the Sorrento Coast.

The main house spreads over two floors of around 200 square metres, and every room looks out over Marina del Cantone and Li Galli. On the upper floor, a large terrace planted with flower beds leads to four of the bedrooms, all with a view and tastefully furnished.

Air conditioning with a modern diffusion system, heating and Wi-Fi run throughout. From the gate and the parking area you reach the house either by private lift or by a stone staircase of about 30 steps.

The outdoor spaces cover roughly 500 square metres, giving plenty of privacy. The pool sits on a terrace directly above the sea between two maritime pines, surrounded by a flower garden. 70 metres deep, has hydromassage seats and is open all year; a strip of lawn alongside has sun loungers and a hot outdoor shower.

On the ground floor, a terrace of around 140 square metres wraps around the house: in front of the large living room are a furnished lounge area and a 3-metre dining table beneath an old olive tree, with curtains that turn it into a sheltered patio. A barbecue is also available.

The sea is reached privately, on foot or by the villa's own funicular. A car is not needed here, but if you arrive with one there is free parking inside the gate.
