Villa Pesca

Villa Pesca stands on a hillside in a quiet residential area of Taormina, on Sicily's Ionian coast, looking across to Taormina itself and the hilltop village of Castelmola. Four bedrooms and five bathrooms sleep up to 8 guests, a comfortable size for families or two couples sharing.

A well-kept garden wraps around three sides of the house, which is set over three levels. From the entrance gate, steps lead down to the ground floor at pool level, with a lounge, a kitchen with living area, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate bathroom with tub.

On the floor above are two bedrooms, each with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The lower floor, which also has its own outside entrance, holds a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom, its own terrace and garden.

Interiors are elegant and refined, with Wi-Fi, six TVs with satellite, air conditioning, a fireplace, a washing machine and dishwasher, and a high chair for little ones.

Outdoors, the pool has hydromassage, and there is a comfortable dining area with barbecue for meals in the fresh air. Parking is on site.

As a villa with pool in Taormina, it makes it easy to reach the town by car, along with the beaches at Giardini Naxos, Isola Bella and Mazzarò. The villages on the slopes of Mount Etna, Catania, Syracuse and Ortigia are also well worth a visit.
