Villa Praiano

Villa Praiano is a bright, elegant villa on three floors, built into the cliff above the sea in the centre of Praiano on the Amalfi Coast.

Covering 300 square metres, it has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms for up to 14 guests, a good fit for large families, groups of friends or a small celebration in a sea-view villa on the Amalfi Coast.

Six of the bedrooms have a 160 cm double bed and one has two single beds; all are air-conditioned and heated. Three open through French windows onto a long sea-view terrace and come with satellite TV and bathrooms finished in glossy blue or yellow majolica tiles.

Three more open directly onto the garden, which also looks out to sea, and the seventh, reached by its own outside entrance, has a window framing the sea and the Li Galli islands. Wi-Fi covers the whole house.

The main terrace measures 100 square metres and is set up with wicker sofas and armchairs, a round wicker sofa with awning, tables, chairs and two large umbrellas, all facing the sea, Praiano and Li Galli.

There is also a seasonal above-ground pool of 4 x 8 metres overlooking the garden and the water, plus a private hydromassage pool. Breakfasts, dinners and events can be arranged on request.

You will not need a car here. The villa is reached by a public walkway of about 150 metres with around 30 steps, and is close to the pedestrian heart of the village, with shops, bars and restaurants.

The SITA bus stop for the Amalfi to Sorrento line is 120 metres away, and the nearest beach, Spiaggia della Gavitella, is 350 metres away down some 350 steps.
