Villa Sabrina

Villa Sabrina is a large villa at San Siro on Lake Como, with views over the lake's three arms and the mountains rising behind. It has eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms for up to 16 guests, and its scale makes it a natural fit for family reunions, gatherings of friends and weddings on Lake Como.

The house has been fully renovated with great care to preserve its original atmosphere. Mosaic floors and wooden staircases set the tone, and the interiors are elegant with a touch of glamour.

Every bed is king size and can be split into two singles, which makes it easy to arrange rooms for couples, friends or children. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided throughout.

The villa stands in a park shaded by century-old trees, with a 10 x 6 metre private pool and a private tennis court. For time on the water, a private mooring is available in the harbour of Santa Maria Rezzonico, and there is parking on site.

San Siro is a good base for day trips around the lake. In Como itself, the cathedral and Piazza San Fedele, with buildings around four centuries old, sit near the basilica counted among the masterpieces of the Maestri Comacini, the master builders of Como.

Also worth a visit are the austere church of Sant'Abbondio and the early Romanesque basilica of San Carpoforo.
