Villa Stella

Villa Stella is a four-bedroom villa in Colli di San Pietro, in the hills of Piano di Sorrento, with four bathrooms and space for up to nine guests. It's a calm retreat for families or friends who want sea views and a pool without the bustle of the coastal towns.

Set on two levels, the house has an elegant character: white marble staircases, generous hallways and fine furniture that includes antique pieces.

Comforts include central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, and the kitchen also has an oven, toaster and coffee maker. Bed linen and towels are supplied and laundry service is available.

A fenced garden surrounds the villa and leads out to a terrace looking over the Tyrrhenian Sea. The panoramic terraces are the heart of the place, and one of them holds a generous private pool of 4 x 11 metres. There is an outdoor dining area and parking on site.

From the villa an unpaved path of about 3 km winds down the cliffs to the sea. By road, Sorrento and Positano are each about 7 km away and Castellammare about 30 km, along a scenic road that continues to Positano and the whole Amalfi Coast.

That makes this holiday villa near Sorrento a practical base for day trips along the coast or a boat excursion to Capri.
