It consists of two independent villas, each with its own swimming pool: Villa Garda and Villa Le Selve.

Villa Garda was designed in the 1920s by Giancarlo Maroni, known as the architect of the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the famous home of the poet Gabriele D'Annunzio.
