Villa, built in the second half of the 18th century, is located in the middle of a land of over 7 hectares of woods and olive groves, on the last western slopes of Monte Albano, approx. 250 mt. On the ground floor are:

• living / dining room for 8 people

• room with antique fireplace, 5-seater sofas and a two-seater sofa bed

• kitchen with table and 6 chairs, fully equipped

• first ground floor bathroom with Jacuzzi shower

• kitchen entrance with table and 8 chairs, equipped and with fireplace

• living room with double front fireplace and two sofas for 6 seats

• dining room with table for 16 people with double front fireplace

• TV room with sofas and armchairs for 4 people plus a 2-seater sofa bed

• Billiard room with 2 armchairs and coffee table

• second ground floor bathroom with Jacuzzi shower

• laundry with 10 kg washing machine and dryer The first floor of Villa Il Ronco, which can be reached by two stairs placed in two different zones (16 and 13 steps), consists of:

• yellow bedroom: double bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower, walk-in closet, chest of drawers, two armchairs and coffee table

• green room: master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom and Jacuzzi shower, walk-in closet and chest of drawers

• rose room: double bedroom with king size bed wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom with Jacuzzi shower

• Blue Room: double bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and 1 dresser. Mezzanine accessible with spiral staircase (8 steps) with single bed. Bathroom with Jacuzzi shower

• bedroom with three single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers

• bedroom with single bed with built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers

The entire external wall is clad in typical local stone as almost all the houses in the surroundings and preserves the original appearance of when it was built over 200 years ago. In the property there is another villa, where the owners live and an outbuilding with its own garden and pool at 30m.

Everything is immersed in an oasis of total silence. The pool, 6x12mt. , is exclusive to the guests of Villa. It is an infinity pool with hydromassage. The cleaning system of the pool insures utmost hygene and eliminates any possible inconvenience caused by the chloride.

Around the pool there is a large sunbathing area with umbrellas, chairs, tables and sunbeds. It is equipped with a sunbathing area equipped with tables, loungers and chairs. Under the pool a relaxation corner with gazebo and chairs has been created. Not far away a small playground for children.

The villa has an exclusive perimeter and volumetric alarm and is connected to the police by means of a radio and telephone bridge. The code number and the password vary weekly.

This independent villa, built in the second half of the 18th century, is located on the last western slopes of Mount Albano, approximately 250mt. above sea level. Originally it was composed of two farm houses which have been joined together.

For almost 50 years the owners have cultivated their passion for antiques and have furnished the villa with pieces acquired from antique dealers, auction sales or antique fairs.

Some of the more particular pieces are the beautiful doors of the walk-in wardrobes in two of the bedrooms, the wooden 17th century plaque from a Florentine convent above the door of one of loungeroom.

The owners’ taste is eclectic and includes some pieces of Liberty period furniture, for example, the French mirror in the green bathroom and the Sicilian chest of drawers in the yellow bedroom.

There are many antique prints on the walls, including geographical maps of various countries, and in some of the bedrooms and lounge rooms there are chests of the 16th and 17th century. Another remarkable piece is the billiard table, dating back to the early nineteen hundreds – in perfect condition.

Many other pieces, more or less important, have all been chosen in the spirit of tracing our roots back to the past. Intermediate floor: above the large dining room and reached by a staircase of 9 stairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds.

Tourist tax: €1,50 per day for the first 7 days for each guest (not applicable for children under 12 years)Consumption of AC and heating must be paid as it follows:AC: € 0,70 per KW (1 KW = 3 Frigocalories)Heating: € 0,19 per Thermal KW (Diesel fuel) - Security deposit: € 800 (cash at arrival) Swimming pool: opening 18 April, closing 10 October Attention: The consumption of AC and heating depends on many things: 1) the outside temperature 2) how cold or warm you like to have the inside temperature 3) open or closed doors and/or windows 4) turning down when you are not in the villa etc.

Anyway, the cost of AC can be from 20 to 40 € per day and of heating from 35 to 80 € per day. The AC and heating system are equipped with digital counters with an error margin of +-5%
