Alongside the main house, the Pool House boasts the ultimate in wellbeing and relaxation – an authentic Mediterranean Hamm-am. The pool has a splendid view over the countryside and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds.

Maremma can be visited all year round with each season offering new and different opportunities to explore the area.

The villa is a splendid residence under all aspects, characterized by the luxurious details accompanying the naturalmaterials such as stone, cotto, wood and high quality furnitures… all inundated by abundant natural light. The living area is spacious , comfortable and full of light.

The light and warm colours dominate the furnishings and walls. The seven comfortable bedrooms all have spacious bathrooms with bath and shower. Close to the house there is thedepandance with a bedroom, bathroom with shower, sitting room with kitchenette.
