The house in Montepulciano has 6 bedrooms and has capacity for 12 people. Six luminous and stylish rooms overlooking the panorama, with ensuite bathroom with shower each, all well equipped with modern facilities and a lift that connects the two floors.

The villa is easily reached in as much as the ground floor has no stairs and there is a lift to get to the floor above (a lift which can accommodate a wheel-chair) and so all the rooms are considered suitable.

Also the outside areas are considered suitable: for example, the pool is reached by a walkway, not a staircase. Ground Floor Entering the villa there is, to the left, a large dining room and well-equipped modern kitchen. To the right is the wellness-center and bathroom.

The wellness center includes a heated pool with hydromassage, sauna, Turkish bath, all overlooking the splendid park. First Floor The upper floor includes another lounge room with kitchen and 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower.
