Villa Athena

Villa Athena is a five-bedroom villa at Agios Lazaros on Mykonos, where classic Cycladic architecture is given character with ethnic decorative touches.

With five bathrooms and room for up to 11 guests, it is an easy fit for large families or friends travelling together who want a luxury villa on Mykonos with sea views from almost every corner.

The house is arranged on two main levels. On the ground floor, a generous entrance hall leads into the living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The first master suite is here too, with a super king bed, its own bathroom and a balcony looking out over the sea, plus a small loft inside the room with a single bed for an extra guest.

The pool level works almost as an independent house: a second master suite with a super king bed, a third en-suite room with a queen bed, and two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom, one with a queen bed and balcony doors straight onto the pool deck, the other with two twin beds.

This level also has its own kitchen, a storage room and a laundry, and a short underpass links the master suites to the pool. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a sound system, a fireplace and a safe are provided throughout.

Outside, the villa opens onto a nearly 100 square metre infinity pool facing the sea, surrounded by sun loungers, shaded pergolas, lounge corners and several dining spots for meals outdoors. A barbecue and free on-site parking complete the picture.
