Villa Demetra

Villa Demetra is a sea-view villa at Platis Gialos on Mykonos, built in traditional Cycladic style, with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms for up to 12 guests. It suits families and groups of friends who want a luxury villa in Mykonos with room for everyone.

The entrance level is the social heart of the house: a large sitting area, an open-plan living space and a fully equipped kitchen, all opening onto the patio and pool with views of the sea.

Three bedrooms are on this floor, two doubles with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms and a third with two single beds and its own bathroom, all facing the water.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a private patio with loungers; a second king bedroom also has its own bathroom and patio. On the lower level, the sixth bedroom offers flexible bedding, an en-suite bathroom and sea views.

Outside, the infinity pool is surrounded by sunbeds and lounge areas, and a dining area sits under a pergola next to the barbecue. There is also a swing, a sound system, a helipad and private parking, plus Wi-Fi, TV, a safe and laundry service.
