Villa Antares

Villa Antares is a large property in Positano, set on around 1,000 square metres within a pedestrian area roughly 500 metres from the centre of town.

With eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms and room for up to 16 guests, it is one of the few places where a big family or a group of friends can share a holiday villa on the Amalfi Coast with a private pool and wide sea views.

Inside, the villa has air conditioning, heating for the cooler months and Wi-Fi throughout, with a kitchen for self-catering. Bed linen and towels are supplied and daily housekeeping is included.

The outdoor spaces are generous for Positano. 4 metres deep, looks down on the main beach, Spiaggia Grande, and along the coastline. Around it you will find tables and chairs, sun umbrellas, loungers, outdoor showers and a separate bathroom with toilet and washbasin.

The pool is open from early April until the end of October. From the pool terrace you step into a garden partly shaded by olive trees, with a barbecue and its own view of the sea.

Getting there is simple but does involve a short walk: from the road, a public footpath of about 200 metres with around ten steps leads up to the villa. You do not need a car here, as restaurants, shops and the SITA bus stop are all within about 500 metres, and the nearest beach is around 1 km away.

If you arrive by car, paid parking is available on public roads or in a private car park in town.
