Villa Collinette is a countryside villa near Perugia with far-reaching views over the rolling hills of Umbria. Five bedrooms and six bathrooms sleep up to ten guests, so it works just as well for a family holiday as for a getaway with friends.

Outside, the house keeps a traditional style and is ringed by century-old olive trees; inside, the rooms are modern and elegant. Air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, TV and a kitchen with dishwasher and microwave are all provided, and daily housekeeping and laundry service are available.

Wide terraces and pergolas with sofas and a dining table for ten set the scene for long breakfasts, lunches and sunset aperitivi, and tables and armchairs outside the main rooms overlook the estate. There is also a barbecue, a private, fenced and landscaped garden of 10,000 m², and table tennis on request.

The road to the villa crosses the Antognolla Golf Course and then continues for 3 km on white gravel. It is in good condition but steep in places and scattered with small stones, so low-slung or sports cars are best avoided.
