Villa Francia is a luxury farmhouse near Palaia, in the Tuscan countryside, with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms for up to 14 guests.

Wrapped in olive groves and woodland, yet close to the Versilia coast, Empoli, Lucca and Pisa with its airport, it suits families and groups of friends who love quiet places and nature without feeling cut off.

The house has been renovated with great taste, combining modern systems with traditional materials. It is fully equipped for a group, with air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, TV with streaming services, a sound system, a fireplace and a kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

A fitness room with a cardio bike and a multifunction machine covers daily workouts, and the villa also has a sauna and a hot tub. Step-free access, a high chair, daily housekeeping and bed linen are provided, and pets are allowed.

In front of the villa, a splendid terrace with an outdoor lounge is set for dinners with family and friends or quiet reading over a cocktail. In the grounds there is a barbecue, a pizza oven and a gazebo with sunbeds and hammocks.
