Villa Valentina

Villa Valentina stands right on the shore of Lake Como at Calozzo, a few steps from a public beach. With five bedrooms and six bathrooms for up to ten guests, it's a lakefront villa on Lake Como suited to families and groups of friends who love being by the water.

The house has air conditioning and central heating, and bed linen, towels and daily housekeeping are included. Pets are allowed.

The plot covers more than 2,500 square metres directly on the lake. Its centrepiece is a 45 x 8 metre terrace with plenty of room for lounging and eating outdoors, plus a furnished corner with table and chairs for meals in the open air.

A village with restaurants, shops, a bank and a post office is about 600 metres away. Worth knowing: a public footpath runs along the shore between the lake and the property, so the terrace can feel less private at times, especially in July and August.
